Eddie Merlot's Prime Aged Beef and Seafood – Bloomfield Hills

 

This upscale steakhouse offers hand-cut steaks, as well as chicken and seafood options.

Clara's Table – Dearborn

 

Clara’s Table will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a menu featuring house-made pastries, custard French toast, rarebit, cipollini and pear tatin, short rib croquettes, and a prime New York strip with tallow and herb frites.

 

The Apparatus Room – Detroit

 

Located in a historic Detroit firehouse, The Apparatus Room offers a family-style Thanksgiving dinner.

 

The menu includes house sweet rolls with honey butter, roasted buttercup squash dip, chicken liver mousse, local lettuces with root vegetables and pistachios, heritage turkey crown roast and roulade, hunter’s sausage sourdough stuffing, Robuchon-style potatoes, cranberry ginger chutney, and a seasonal dessert.

 

Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse – Northville

 

Experience mouthwatering skewered beef, lamb, chicken, pork, and sausage with flavors inspired by southern Brazil.
